How can I pay my order?
We are using Paypal payment processor for accepting payment. Credit card users can still use Paypal without an account, simply follow the checkout process as a guest.

Can I get the products as on the Picture?
Yes, of course. We will give our best to send as close as possible with the product picture, but please note that every piece of our jewelry and accessories products is a handmade product that made from an organic material. Due to the unique characteristic of every single organic material we use and the fact that the product is handmade, it is impossible to have identical products, even the earrings pair is unique one to another and never identical. The product you will receive might be slightly different from the picture on our product description in terms of colorization, size, and shape.

Where do you ship from?
Our business location is in Bali, Indonesia. We shipped from Bali, you are buying from the direct crafter.

What carrier do you use to ship?
We are using registered airmail from Pos Indonesia


How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the package sent, generally, International shipping delivery times may vary between 10 to 21 days. In some occasion, it may take a bit more time.

Does it comes with a tracking number?
Yes.

How can I track my package?
You can track your package using local post office website. For example:
1. For US buyer you can use USPS
2. For UK buyer you can use Royal Mail
Alternatively, you can use our integrated tracking service, You may also use 17track.net to track your package as the site service integrated with most post office tracking system globally. Some country may unable to track the package due to their post office did not support online tracking for registered airmail.

What can I do to receive my order faster?
For faster delivery, please consider to use express service, but additional charge may apply. EMS/DHL/FEDEX will be perfect to eliminate the delivery timeframe. Including your phone number also may affecting your shipping time. Sometimes the carrier agent may try to contact you in case no authorized recipient available when they attempt to deliver the package. Customs in some case also require to contact you about your package (generally for a big package). Please note that registered airmail requiring your signature to claim the package.

What information do I need to include to have safer delivery?
Due to we ship international shipment, including your phone number will always be a good idea to make the shipping agent easier to reach you in case they need to contact you. Registered airmail requires your signature to claim the package, so please do not use your P.O Box address.

I have my own jewelry design, can you make it for me?
Sure, you can visit our Custom Design Page. All you need to do is include as specific information as possible including the design sketch or photos, size (height, width, thickness, etc), color, preferred material, and quantity. Price will be calculated based on design complexity, materials used, and quantity.

Do you accept wholesale/ Bulk order?
Yes. We accept wholesale order and looking for an overseas partner to sell our product. Please send me a message if you plan to be our reseller partner. The wholesale price will be depended on the quantity of the order.
